1. Acceptance of Terms By using the Wok & Grill website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them before ordering.
2. Our Service Wok & Grill offers online ordering for both home delivery and restaurant collection (pickup). We serve Indo-Chinese cuisine prepared fresh in our kitchen.
3. Placing an Order Orders placed through our website are requests to purchase. Your order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation message (email or WhatsApp). We reserve the right to cancel any order if items are unavailable or payment cannot be verified.
4. Delivery Orders
- Delivery is available within our designated delivery zones only.
- Minimum order value applies for delivery (as shown at checkout).
- Estimated delivery times are given in good faith and may vary due to kitchen demand, traffic, or weather conditions.
- We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control.
5. Pickup / Collection Orders
- Collection orders will be ready within the estimated time shown at checkout.
- Please bring your order confirmation when collecting.
- Uncollected orders will be held for 30 minutes after the ready time before being cancelled without refund.
6. Payment We accept both online card payment and cash on delivery/collection. Online payments are processed securely. Prices shown on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement, before preparation begins.
- Once an order is in preparation, cancellations will not be accepted.
- If your order arrives incorrect or with a quality issue, contact us immediately. We will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
- Refunds for online payments will be processed within 5–7 business days.
8. Allergies & Dietary Requirements Our menu contains allergens including nuts, gluten, dairy, and shellfish. Please contact us directly before ordering if you have severe allergies. We cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free environment.
9. Prohibited Use You may not use our website to place fraudulent orders, submit false information, or engage in any activity that disrupts our service.
10. Changes to Terms Wok & Grill reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website means you accept any updated terms.
